The GABS is Germany's signature business event in Africa. Every two years, leading representatives from business and politics meet at the GABS in one of Africa's business capitals, most recently in 2019 in the Ghanaian capital, Accra. The aim of the summit is to discuss and promote economic relations between Europe's largest economy and the world's fastest-growing region.
