Our aim is to support companies in Nigeria in training and further developing skilled workers by means of the German dual training system. The dual training is special and effective through the combination of the theoretical training in the educational institutions and the practical training in the companies equipped with modern machines and equipment.

Currently, training is provided in the occupations of industrial electronics, industrial mechanics, facility management and office administration.

Implementation of Training

The training is being carried out by German-trained Nigerian trainers in line with the special designed Curricula - both in theory and practice. The trainers were previously trained in a three weeklong Training of Trainers workshop by German short-term experts.

Duration of Training

The training lasts one year and is divided into three theoretical blocks of four weeks supported by practical training in the training companies.

Certification

Final examination is conducted by the German-Nigerian Examination Board. Each trainee receives a detailed certificate with detailed grades.

Benefits of Training

After a year the company gets well-trained staff - both trainer and trainees - who are familiar with basic and latest technology in the subject. The trainees are prepared in accordance with recognized and proven training methods in their professional lives. After training, the trainees will acquire extensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills for their future career.

The trainers and instructors receive extensive knowledge of training techniques and practical skills in the training.
